I don’t understand any of these private full thyroid test results can anyone help interpret please.
full thyroid blood test results. HELP. - Thyroid UK
full thyroid blood test results. HELP.
Could you type the actual results out please to include their ranges - numbers in brackets after your result? Its almost impossible to read even magnifying it on my phone.
I have removed the image as I could read your name at the top - just. You can edit the post to type the results in.
as you will see there are 4 pages of this full test done explaining what is wrong with me, so what your asking for is not possible. I just don’t know how to send it to you. Sorry
Add one image per reply in this post
Make sure your name or DOB are not visible
test results looking for are
TSH, Ft4, Ft3 and TPO and TG antibodies
Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
What I saw was a lot of talk about your condition as opposed to strictly blood results. You do need to be careful also that your name or anything that might identify you is covered so as not to show.
Images can look better when sent as a reply as they are more magnified. You can only upload one image to each reply so you will need to reply multiple times. Perhaps only photograph half a page at a time.
I will just send this one.
Fantastic. I'm sorry this site doesn't lend itself better to images. Now you have the hang of it you can load the rest. 🙂
Can I just check when you last took your thyroid hormones before this test?
What are you taking?
I take one and half grains of Armour
OK so the results that we are seeing are showing what we call a false low due to leaving 24 hours following your last dose. Meaning that had you left a shorter time of 12 hours your results would have been higher.
Both your FT4 and FT3 are at the very top of the range and for me personally this would be too much and make me quite weak.
How do you feel?
Did you also get key vitamins tested?
Are you supplementing with anything?
it is no longer allowing me to attach photos. So will have to give up, that was a waste of £150
Have you tried typing a word or two when you upload a photo?
