What dose are you on and how long for?

Clearly you just need more thyroid hormone so ask GP for an increase.

Vitamin D should be around 100 - 150. Buy one that includes vit K2 to help it go to your bones. Some are available in oil or you can take it with an oily meal for better absorption. Use this calculator to work out how much to take to get your level to 100-150. Many people like the Better You mouth sprays. wildatlantichealth.com/vita...

Ferritin should be around 90 - 100 for best use of thyroid hormone. Suggest increasing iron rich foods in diet and eating them often. Chicken livers, pate, red meat etc

No results for B12 or folate.

Looking at previous posts

You were on 150mcg and stopped levothyroxine completely

TSH went up to 18

Restarted Levo at 100mcg

Which brand and how long ago

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after being on constant unchanging dose and brand of levothyroxine

Test early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Request Folate and B12 test

wow thanks for your help so been on Levothyroxine 100 for 2 weeks - tried to come off after 16 years and felt terrible - so I think I will just stay on this for 6 weeks and then see how I am after that wirh more blood tests - I have been taking a high dose vitamin D so why is it not going up ?

This is all so interesting.
