Can anyone advise on the cheapest postal thyroid testing kit available please, costs appear to have gone up quite a lot, I can’t find anything on the search for previous posts for this 🤪 thank you

If you are happy to do a fingerprick test and just want TSH, FT4 and FT3 then Monitor My Health is cheapest.

Member experience which has been shared with us:

Delayed despatch of test kit which had to be chased after a week.

No response to their online chat.

Email sent as online chat ineffective, promised investigation, no follow up so another email sent to chase again.

They refer to the whole of the reference range as being "optimal".

shame, I want both antibodies at a reasonable price too. So annoying so many stopping the TgAb

If you need BOTH antibodies tested be aware Monitor my health only test TPO antibodies

Recommend testing vitamin levels at least annually

Test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Day before test split T3 into 3 smaller doses spread through the day, with last dose Approx 8-12 hours before test

Remember to stop any supplements that contain biotin 5-7 days before test
