Florah I don't have any for my hypothyroidism. However if you are at the start of your treatment your employer should consider some adjustments whilst your meds are built up and the optimum dose/combination are found. So you could ask for a lower workload with rest breaks. A desk based job if you fatigue easily. These are things you would need to dicuss with Occupational Therapy and your GP. Are you off work poorly at the moment?

Awww poor you. Are you not treated optimally.... Often that's the case.... & also you need to optimise your B12, vit D folate and ferritin. GP can test. Often low in hypothyroidism, causing symptoms and low levels affects utilisation uptake of thyroid hormones.Sending you hugs... X

I often do early morning Conf calls from home now, since a change of manager. Really helps to have a flexible time when I actually have to be sitting at a desk as it takes me so long to get out of the house early morning, and I’m so tired all of the time. It’s much easier later in the morning when I’m a bit more together.

This makes no difference to my job but was a battle with a previous manager - who worked at home!
