Is it reasonable to differ this much?

I am taking 100t4 +15t3 in the morning and it's very hard to cut the t3 pills evenly. As it is now I feeling great one day and so much worse the next. Am wondering if it can be that the dose of t3 differs that much day to day. What can I do about it? I use a pill cutter.

I have to cut my T3. They are scored down the middle.

I cut down the score line with a hobby knife which looks just like a scalpel. I used to then try and cut again but I've found that I do a better job for the second cut by just biting a half into two pieces. I swallow one piece and save the other for the next dose I need.

The Turkish ones is fairly easy to cut I think but these in Norway is impossible to get even. Can I crush them and then divide them up?

Yes, I think so, if you think you can divide them more easily that way. Just make sure you don't sneeze once you've crushed the pill... ;)

Bear in mind though, that the active ingredient in a pill is only a tiny proportion of the pill itself. The vast majority of any pill is usually fillers. There is no guarantee that the active ingredient is uniformly distributed across the whole pill, and this might cause problems even if you can cut or divide a pill very precisely.

I have found this pill-cutter to be very good. I can halve and then quarter one of the halves.

I don't think crushing is the answer because they are supposed to be swallowed with one full glass of water so that it goes directly into the stomach to be absorbed. I think I'd be apt to take one whole T3 as the difference is only 5mcg.

Don't you think that would be too much if i feeling well now? Do you recommend losing levo then? Latest results on 100+18.75

Ft4 16 (12-22)

Ft3 5.6 (3.6-6.3)

If you feel well, then there's no need to change/adjust your dose. The difficulty is that you want to have a particular dose which cannot be prescribed.
