Biotin and blood tests

Can anyone remind me of how long I need to stop biotin before a blood draw please?

I have upcoming tests for thyroid levels, calcium, coeliac antibodies and cortisol.

Thanks!

3-7 days.

If it's biotin in a B Complex, so a small amount such as 400-500mcg, then 3 days would be enough.

If it's a stand alone biotin supplement or a hair/nail supplement containing biotin and it's a large amount such as 5mg or 10mg then 7 days.
