When I had the full thyroid test I presumed that all these levels were adequate. Now as I am new to this site and reading more, I am wondering if the ferretin and folate levels are not optimal. Please advise and best way to increase levels. Am currently on 100 m levothyroxine. Has worked well for me in the past until stress and hormones hit last year. I have a range of symptoms - antibodies last 2 tests have been around the 300 mark. Would like to make sure that all the above levels are optimal

I am currently on 100 mg levothyroxine. Had been on 125 for a couple of years. Moved to 100 then 75 but now back up to 100. What is best way to supplement folate, ferritin and b12
Thanks for the information on supplements. Re levothyroxine. No brand change. No biotin. Always take test first thing. No levo on morning before test. Nothing has changed, apart from oestrogel started in january ( 2 pumps ) and 200 mg utrogestan ( 2 weeks of 1 month). I take lots of supplements - magnesium, D, C, L-thianine, nattokinase, omega oil, turmeric.
previous test was from november as follows.

So confused by results - body confused too! Either tired or wired!
Previous levels suggest either the levels are “too high” for you - or the alterations hasn’t settled & you are particularly sensitive to adjustments & fluctuations.
How are you feeling symptom wise now?
Current levels show TSH high and low FT4 - this would prompt an increase as FT4 rises TSH lower. High TSH can heighten conversion & the body preserves FT3 levels over FT4.
Perhaps follow the advice from last post & lower the increase amount & allow longer time until testing.
Doctors even Endocrinologist often focus only on TSH, & not look at FT4 & FT3 & will trust anywhere in range will be acceptable if they are tested. Same applies the nutrients. If they test they won’t be concerned about optimal levels. So often best to test & supplement yourself.
How much vit D do you take? good you take magnesium as important D3 cofactor. K2 is another cofactor for D3. It directs calcium to bones & teeth where needed and away from vessels where you don’t.
