t3 and food intake

I can’t find specific posts about how to take T3 so apologise if you’ve answered this many times. I’ve now doubled my liothyronine taking second dose at 2-3pm. Do I have to remember to leave same gap re food as with t4 ie 2hrs after lunch and 1hr before other food? Many thanks.

T3 is absorbed more quickly than Levo…..an hour after food and wait ideally 45mins before eating after taking
