With the help of knowledgeable folk on this forum I’m attempting to improve vitamins & minerals and T4-T3 conversion and have had copper tests at Medichecks as they don’t test zinc.
I was told here that the two have a seesaw relationship especially in those with thyroid issues.
it looks to me as if my copper is low so would you then assume my zinc is high and doesn’t require supplementation?
Many thanks for any advice. 🙏

Sorry, I can't help you with your question. However you could have a Hair Analysis test which would look at the amount of heavy metals and checks minerals and the balance between the minerals.
They usually aren't too expensive and often provide an interesting overview.
If you google it, one near you will probably come up. Sometimes they require a doctor or naturopath to send it. Most doctors don't do it other than an alternative medicine doctor. Some things, such as shampoos and hair dyes can affect the results but they mention this in the results. I found it interesting and informative - particularly the ratio balance between minerals. It also picked up lead exposure in me. Although now that lead is no longer in petrol probably not as much a big issue.
