Thanks, I'm so into podcasts at the moment, listing to thyroid, adrenals, inflammation, microbiome, etc, every given opportunity that my ears aren't needed for human conversation 😁.

Sometimes I have to leave my 'buds' upstairs as others are starting to get annoyed with me never answering them 🤣.

journey back from work was Dr Sarah Myhill on Let’s Talk Thyroid, haven’t quite finished that one but it was very interesting. I do like her no nonsense approach 🌱

I like her and then I don't, as some things she says are so off the wall which is ok if they are referenced, but she sometimes fails in this department.

However, I know some have found her methods to be very helpful.

yes I just ordered it, apparently it includes recipes for making your own probiotics etc. sounds right up my street 🌱🦋🌱

I've seen it mentioned a few times on the sibo fb group that I'm in. A few reported back having benefited from it. Let us know how it goes
