I'm assuming you are interested in this test due to food sensitivities, gastrointestinal issues? What symptoms do you have that make you want to do this test?

I see that last month your TSH was too high. Did your GP increase your dose?

The type of test you have posted is for true allergies, and many intolerances are not due to allergies so it may not show what you want it to. The gold standard way of discovering what you are sensitive to is an elimination diet. I would recommend the low FODMAP diet as a good starting point. monashfodmap.com/ibs-centra...

I am on 100mg since mid January if i am not wrong.

I had look at elimination diet but I sincerely don't have the patience to eliminate one by one anymore.

I have been already gluten free for over 4 years, dairy free for over 6 years, soya free only recently that I discovered GF soya sauce gave me a wheezing attack in less than 2 hours.

Refined Sugar free since October last year, alcohol free for a month perhaps.

I am following an antinflamatory diet with low carbs.

I wrote my symptoms in a paper which I shared the photo below.

Some of what you are experiencing is due to being on too lower dose, so that last 25mcg increase should help a bit but may not be quite enough depending on next blood results. You also have some less than optimal vitamin levels which I hope by now you have made a start on raising their levels. Folate alone helped my constipation enormously. No amount of eating my greens did that for me!

I do hear you about not having the patience for an elimination diet, but honestly there are no short cuts that work. A lot of this is down to poor gut health caused by being hypo, leaky gut and dysbiosis.

There are a number of ways to tackle poor gut health including adding probiotics which could be water kefir, drinking bone broth, eating more whole fresh foods and a lot less processed foods. It can be a slow laborious job but well worth it. thyroidpharmacist.com/artic...

What do you have for breakfast?

I do follow Izabella wentz. I don't have process food we never did tbh. We always cooked from scratch but since following her I have uplevel my nutrition. Bone broth is something I am increasing this week.

B12 has made a huge difference since I started at the end of January. I am now taking ViT D but I don't know if it making a difference same with B complex as b12 was so obvious, immediately response in my body. Maybe need different brands of vit D3K2 and B complex.Just started hydrolyzed beef protein and this week coming I will increase the bone broth 💪

For breakfast varies but I am making sure to have eggs, avocado, vitD, magnesium or a smoothie high in good fat like nut butter with vitD and magnesium

Other times I do izabella blood sugar green smoothie which is really good to regulate mine.

I already identified what food mades me feel warm all day.

Which is massive because of the extremely cold intolerance as you know...

Thank you for your reply full of wisdom.

Just order her books too.

Your breakfasts sound yummy and also very good for your gut.

You haven't mentioned a probiotic so that would be something to look at. Natural ones are a lot cheaper than pre prepared good probiotics such as water kefir and saurkraut.

Keep up the good work. It takes many months to put right a poorly gut.

True, I need to research more prebiotic and prebiotic. There are so many different ones these days. I am also eating liver 4 times a week. But I have a feeling ym body doesn't absorb iron as I have been always eating meat since little. Will check probiotics.

What do you think of carnitine, thiamine, and which magnesium is good for join pains if you know. 💪😊

Other than absorption issues, ladies also lose an amount of blood monthly with menstruation so its a bit of a no win situation for ladies with iron/ferritin. Are you also drinking orange juice with the liver for better absorption?

Carnitine did nothing for me but we are all different so might be worth a try.

Thiamine I have just ordered so can't comment on that as yet. I am fairly carb intolerant so hopefully at least worth trying.

For magnesium I have recently stuck with the oil or epsom salt/magnesium flake baths with occasional injection top ups to make sure it's getting into me. I was once found to be magnesium deficient. Can't comment on which is better for joint pain but epsom salt baths are amazing.

Thank you, and yes magnesium flakes are so awesome. Last night I has really bad pain and went in my bath, felt refreshed, rejuvenate and almost pain free. Slept so good too.

I did The Complete Intolerance Test with these people a few years ago and it has been really useful, accurate and stopped food being a game of Russian Roulette 😅 still refer back to it now when I think of incorporating something new, its saved me from a few disasters!
