Morning All,

I’m searching for a Vitamin C supplement, preferably not as ascorbic acid.

I’ve trawled through here and google, and find that mostly supplements are of fairly high levels, which I believe we don’t need as we will just excrete what we don’t use. Seems RDA is around 100mg (or less) when mainly supplements offer way above this.

Any recommendations as I’m finding it confusing?

Acerola Cherry powder or capsules. This is what I use

The Vit C content is 26% so if you use 4,000mg of powder you get 1,040mg of Vit C. I don't think 100mg of Vit C will do much for you, 1,000mg is what's usually recommended.

They do others so do have a look at the alternatives.
