mCV blood test

a quick google tells me this relates to red blood cells and vitamins B12 and folate. Just wanted to check with you experts if this is correct?

I have had a few full count blood tests and my levels have been 99 and 103 from a range of 75-105. I haven’t had blood tests yet that separate the vitamins though.
