I think I don't feel any difference between these results. Which one would you go for if I'm feeling the same on both?87.5 levo 20 liothyronine

Ft3 5.2 (3.6-6.3)

Ft4 17(12-22)

87.5 levo 25 liothyronine

ft3 5.8 (3.5-6.5)

Ft4 17 (12-23)

I'm just thinking it might make a bigger difference to how you feel if your key vitamins were OPTIMAL. That also helps your thyroid hormone to work effectively.

Have you had ferritin, folate, B12 & D3 checked lately? Are you supplementing any of these?

Yes, all optimal.

Free T4 (fT4) 17 pmol/L (12 - 22) 50.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 5.2 pmol/L (3.3 - 6.3) 63.3%

Here's the numbers for the first test. There's barely any difference for the second test but your FT4 is a touch low.

Actually there is a difference. Would go with the first though and then add a bit of Levo.

Free T4 (fT4) 17 pmol/L (12 - 22) 50.0%

Free T3 (fT3) 5.8 pmol/L (3.3 - 6.3) 83.3%

It can take a long time to get acute Dysautonomia back under control and get over the Fatigue if long COVID , even for healthy people. It can take longer if you have a chronic condition , especially one like involving the thyroid the requires such a precise balance of medication.

You've had great advice about getting those vitamin levels checked it's vital to keep good level with Chronic Fatigue and Dysautonomia.

It's sensible to get your thyroid checked more regularly while you recover from long COVID too.

Most important for Dysautonomia is getting your activity balance right and maintaining good hydration . You need to balance relaxation and action starting at your comfort zone and working up.

Have you been given any self care advice to help control the Dysautonomia symptoms?

Not what you're looking for?
