Advice needed following GP appointment for back pain & hypertension

Hello again, Following on from an unexpected letter from the metabolic clinic for December (22nd) where I turned up with extreme back pain & extreme high BP ( over top of range) & having reduced from 125mcg levo to 112 following blood test , I was put on 5mg amlodipine, & allowed to reduce levo again to 100mcg, & today I saw the GP about my dry cough, back pain, BP meds & paracetamol, as I was not able to go out for ages before today. I have been bedridden for weeks. The levo that I started in February 2022 gave me extreme apathy. I think the back pain & the hypertension & dementia & apathy are connected to the Levo, & slothitis.

The GP had me breathing, & noted the breathe noise + 120 bpm, he was not put off by the high BP that I recorded last night, but agreed that I should reduce to 75mcg Levo, but just like the Endo he advised me to continue with the 5mcg self sourced T3, (he did not know that I had seen Endo!)

The problem is that I have to get blood tests again in 2 months, I don't know how I can afford all this expense £55 without the blood test 😓 +( I was only given 1 month supply of drugs, & whats even more worrying is - the levothyroxine is Teva, ( so acacia & mannitol), I have bad allergies, & told the GP that I think I may be allergic to Levo!

GP's thermometers always record 36.9, everyone else's record 36.1/ 2 including mine. If I see the Endo or GP in 2 months time for tests while on Teva 75, how will I know if I am deteriorating (symptom wise) from the fillers in the Teva Levo, or if I am hypo/hyper or just having a nervous breakdown from the impending bankrupcy?😱 So my question is - does anyone sensitive to fillers get well on Teva, & what should I look out for? Thank you all TUK's for getting me here here -alive!.

Blood test on 125mcg levo & 5 mcg T3 were on 6/7th December TSH 0.02 (0.50 - 5.00) . FT4 22.4 (10.0 - 25.0) FT3 7.2 ( 4.3 - 8.1 ), cholesterol had reduced from 6.5 earlier in year to 5.5, range should be under 5 ( the back/under arrow is not working on this chromebook!) cortisol drawn at 9am was 315 (125 - 630). Fasting HbA1c (DCCT Aligned ) 5.5% LDL cholesterol was down to 3.2 , should be under 3. Other previous over range or under ranges still not there, but much better than last year. TIA🤗

What was the reason for reducing the Dose to 112.5mcg ?

What was the reason for reducing it again to 100mcg ?

What was the reason for now reducing it further to 75mcg ?

Were any thyroid blood tests done on 112.5mcg or 100mcg ?

if you don't want to try TEVA 75's why not ask for 50's/ 25's of whatever brand you had before.

I didn’t feel right on 112mcg, & had lost 4lb, + felt I had high reverse T3.

The Endo & I both agreed that the Levo was possibly causing or aggravating illnesses that developed on the Levo.

The GP was probably concerned with the 120HR. I am on Amlodipine which does not lower HR, only BP.

I panicked when I opened bag of drugs! Having thought about it, & in view of the allergies ( which likely led to the back & lung problems) I should keep an open mind & regard every brand with suspicion, & give the teva a fair trial. I have some mix & match accords & other brands in reserve anyway, then maybe I can ask GP which I prefer in 2 months review.👍
