Vit b complex/ is this a good alternative to Thorne b ? I really don't like the Thorne b one x

Igennus Super B contains Vit C and this can affect the absorption of the B12 in the Super B, B12 and Vit C are advised to be taken 2 hours apart. See

I'm currently trialling Vitablossom Liposomal B Complex which is very similar to Thorne Basic B in it's dose of active ingredients:
hempoutlet.co.uk/vitablosso...
or available from Amazon without the Vitablossom branding here:
amazon.co.uk/Yipmai-Liposom...
One member has already reported she's doing well with the Vitablossom B Complex.
Or look for one with methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin), methylfolate (not folic acid) and no Vit C.
There should be no problem with Hashi's.
And I’m another one doing well on it, my family too
Amazon sent me 9 tubs by mistake having paid for only one. When I queried it they invited me to keep them, so I did!
Things is, I was starting to panic as I’m down to 3 tubs and when I searched on Amazon I couldn’t find them, so thanks for the link
What I also like about them is there are no additives as I’m a bit funny about the “extras” that often seem unnecessary
But vitamin C can improve folate uptake
So you might be fine taking this one
Probably only need one per day - so it’s quite cheap too
It’s nice small tablet and no horrible smell/taste
vitamin C with B12 or with vitamin B complex possibly reduces absorption of B12

But according to this article might improve absorption of folate/folic acid

looking at your profile.. you have low iron and vitamin C might be beneficial
Thank you I'll give it a go. I get heartburn from thorne b and after taste. I've just got my recent results on 125mcg blood taken as advised
TSH 0.39 (0.49-5.23)
T4 18.8 (11.50-22.70)
Ferritin 46 (10-291) due iron infusion once it drops to 10.
I've been asked to make an appointment for over treatment with levo. Started hrt 2 months ago which I believe can increase your levo need. I don't feel overmedicated at all. Actually starting to feel increasingly tired and Cold. Xx
Just testing TSH and Ft4 is completely inadequate
You need TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 tested together
Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after starting (or stopping) HRT
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Test early morning and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
When were vitamin D, folate and B12 last tested
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Any obvious reason for low iron/ferritin
Are you vegetarian or vegan……or heavy periods

or monitor My Health can now test vitamin levels too
These were NHS bloods. They won't test ft3. I'll do that myself in due course. B12 was over 500 last time I checked. Vit d satisfactory according the guidelines on here. Chronic iron deficiency all my life. Not a vegim. good diet. Just taking magnesium for now. Was taking vit b vit b12 and vit d but my bloods were fine so I stopped x
I've been using this Methylated multi B vitamins from either Ebay or Amazon...... it seems fine. Not sure if anyone with knowledge can find a problem with it
I take the Igennus one and have no problems with it. Just one tablet per day. I know there are conflicts with vit C and B12 but, if necessary, you can always take a sublingual B12 later on if you’re worried about the vit C inhibiting the uptake of B12 in the tablet.
