Help with my blood results please

Hi I got my blood results back today and I could do with some help understanding them before I have my phone call tomorrow from the gp.I have hasimotos and take 100mcg of levothyroxine. Was diagnosed in 2016

Results are ...serum total 25-hydroxy vit d (xabo0) result says 25-50nmol/L may indicate deficiency.

Plasma free ft4 16.6pmol/L (7.7-15.1 above high reference limit

Plasma tsh level 3.24mu/l ( 0.34-5.6)

They did the blood test as I have been having a lot of hip problems and I have tender spots on alot of areas on my body. I'm tired but I put that down to my outer hip hurting and waking me up. The doctor is trying to rule out bursitis, artheritis and fibromyalgia. I get palpitations sometimes too.. but tbh I've had that since before I got diagnosed.

But then these results came back

Any help would be much appreciated

Was test done early morning, ideally around 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Can you clarify that Vitamin D result was 25nmol?

You need folate, B12 , iron and ferritin levels tested too

Hi thanks for your reply.No I had taken my levothyroxine at approx 5am and test was done at 12.30pm. I usually book early appointments and skip my morning med butThe gp didnt mention that my thyroid was being tested as it was done about 5 months ago and all was fine.

And yes vit d was 25 nmol

I dont think the gp will test anything else tbh I guess I will need to go private to get the rest done. Always feels like half a job done when it comes to bloods.
