Advice re k2 mk7

how can I introduce k2 mk 7 so that it does not have a bad affect on the heart.

Is it possible to start with, say , just a few crumbs then over a period of time hopefully overcome the side effects.Even if it should take weeks. Anyone tried this with any success.

Would like to take it as have some calcification.I am taking mk4 just started.

Any advice how to introduce mk7.Anyono had success.

Are you aware that MK4 has to be multi-dosed during the day? MK7 is longer lasting so only needs one dose per day. Also that the "All Trans" form is better than the "Cis" form. The All Trans form is the bioactive form, a bit like methylfolate is the bioactive form of folic acid.

If you want to start on a very small dose of MK7 and gradually increase it then oil based drops would seem to be the most sensible way. Not always easy to find but this is a good one and is the All Trans form:
