I have my blood test results. Because I took my full dose of T3 around 24 hours before the test, it’s probably not that accurate. Slow Dragon mentioned it could be up to 20% lower than it actually is. If it is the full 20%, it takes the T3 up to 7.08.
I feel as though something isn’t right.
My T4 seems fine so I suspect the problem could be the T3. I think I’ll reduce the T3 by one quarter
I’m possibly about to switch brands for T3. Would I have to wait to reduce or could I reduce at the same time?
How do people ever find their ‘sweet spot’?

I will reduce by ¼ - I’m guessing I can’t do that at the same time as a brand change?
My last blood test for ferritin and iron was 1 Feb 22. I’d do them privately but I can never get enough blood. The last time I did it, I drank the whole day the day before, and followed all the instructions but nothing came except a couple of drops. They sent me another test because there wasn’t enough blood. I can ask my GP to do it again if you think it’s necessary.
