I switched to Armour Thyroid after a bad go with Levothyroxine (terrible anxiety and chest pain). I started on 60 mg and felt great (chest pain and anxiety stopped). My TSH was 2.3, then I stared feeling hypo and was tested again and I was at 35.1!!! So I was upped to 90 mg. It has been 3 weeks.
I am now having occasional chest fluttering and palpitations. I am hoping my body gets acclimated to it. I also was taking omeprazole every morning, which I now think may have contributed to my tsh going to 35.1. (I stopped that when I went up to 90).
I am going to get tested again at 4 weeks. My concern is that the fluttering/palpitations can develop into AFIB. Maybe 75 mg is enough? Has anyone had this happen and body adjusted on its own?
Thank you for reading,

Slowdragon, Thank you for responding. I was splitting it, but it was crumbling. Also, when I took it near bed time it made me wired and I could not sleep. My B12, Iron and D3 are great. I just got them tested. I've been through the cardiac wringer and told it was neurological. This is just uncomfortable and annoying. Do you think i will adjust? I can't imagine 90 mg is too high. I am a small person if that matters.
Thanks. My cardiologist mentioned the T3 on the heart.
Sounds like a good plan. I am just afraid to go back to the Levo because of all the chest pain it caused.... perhaps that was just my body adjusting and I can go back now? I had my thyroid out 7 months ago. Did 3 months on Levo... Chest pain.... 3 on Armour 60 - perfect - but went hypo. 3 weeks on 90 mg and heart fluttering.... ugh.... I need this to be right!!!
