blood results advice please

hello all, this post is not about me today but my mother in law who I've advised to get her thyroid checked as she has become very unwell since the time she had the COVID jab. She has some common hypo symptoms plus severe leg pains and numbness in her hands. She can no longer walk unaided and uses a wheelchair and struggles to use cutlery and hold a cup. She is on a number of different medications for her heart and blood pressure. She got her medichecks blood test results today:

TSH 4.63 ref 0.27-4.2

FT3 4.4 ref 3.1-6.8

F. Thyroxine 21.3 ref 12-22

i don't think they look right but any advice I can pass on would be brilliant thank you

Is she diagnosed as hypothyroid and on levothyroxine?

TSH is over range suggesting she’s hypothyroid

But Ft4 is high …..you would expect low Ft4 with high TSH

Ft3 is low

She needs to show these results to her GP

She needs GP to test thyroid levels including thyroid antibodies for autoimmune thyroid disease

Also Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels need testing

Exactly what other medications is she taking?

hi slowdragon I have a list of her other meds:

rivorataban/amiodorone/losarton/bisoprolol and bumetanide.
