Should I put my NDT down, since putting up my Adrenal capsules ?

Hello everybody,

I’m looking for some help and reassurance for my current predicament.

Presently, I take Nutri Adrenal Glandular capsules for my adrenals , they have been low for a while and i’ve slowly been raising the dosage level from 500mg in the mornings to 575 mg.

At one stage, I did try transitioning from the Nutri Adrenal to Adrenavive ll, (a very different product), but that upset my GI stressors, so I immediately returned to continuing with just Nutri Adrenal. Currently, my sleep is not good and in recent days, I have also started having palpitations, which I haven’t for a long time. Both of these, of course, do not help the situation., and I am getting so low !

Also, a recent Thyroid Blood Test revealed the following picture, with T3 having fallen from a previous level of 5.2

TSH 0.2 (0.27-4.20)…T4 14.7 (12-22)….T3 4.7(3.10-6.8)

Additionally, I sent off a saliva test earlier this week and await results from Regenerus.

My question is: Should I try to support the thyroid alongside the increasing of my Adrenals, or accept the drop in thyroid levels until my Adrenals have strengthened.?..So if someone would please give me the benefit of your wonderful wisdom I would really appreciate it.

Finally, I am hoping to start taking a cortex capsule at lunch times soon, in the hope that my system will accept it, especially, when taken remotely from the early morning Nutri Adrenal Glandular. I think the addition of the Cortex might improve my Cortisol ?

hello, I am raising my cortisol as per dr p’s book. He advises that increasing cortisol can increase the uptake of thyroid hormone so much that we can become “thyrotoxic” so I have stopped all my thyroid meds for 10 days while I take 600mg of cortex split across 3 doses (as his book instructs) before starting it again x
