I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me on my latest blood results. I have an appointment with my Endocrinologist on Saturday. I am currently taking 50mg of Levothyroxine and 20mcg Thybon Henning in the morning and 10mcg Thybon at 4 pm.
T3 4.63 (3.1 - 6.8)
T4 8.6 (11.0 - 23.0)
TSH 0.01 (0.27 - 4.5)
My Endocrinologist looks at TSH and as I am feeling as well as I have to date, I am nervous she will drop my dosages as TSH is suppressed.
Thanks very much.

Yes, I was on 125mcg Levothyroxine daily. The last year or so has been a bit of a nightmare chopping and changing doses, on/off with mixing in Armour, and now back to decreasing Levo and building up T3. I was at my worst on Armour 0.5 grains + T3 20mg .
Some of my vitamins were last done in March 2022:
B12 578ng/l (197.0 - 771.0)
Folate 503ug/l (2.0 - 18.7)
Ferritin 227.7ug/l (20.0 - 260.0)
Vit D 62 nmol/L
I take selenium, zinc, magnesium, vit C, probiotics and vit B complex (Igennus) and Omega 3 on a regular basis.
Yes, sorry - folate is 5.3ug/l! I will work on upping my Vitamin D and change to Thorne next time for Vitamin B. Thank you so much for pointing that out to me.
I have finally retested myself (Medichecks) after raising Levo to 75mg daily and T3 20mg AM and 10mg PM since our last communication.
TSH 0.01 (0.27 - 4.2)
FT4 8.9 (12 - 22)
FT3 5.3 (3.1 - 6.8)
The only thing I didn't do was split my AM T3 dose but took 20mg 24 hours before and 10mg 12 hours before.
My symptoms are a bit confusing to me: I generally feel okay but sometimes maybe over medicated - racing heart and lots of hot sweats. Lots of hair loss + eyebrows and eyelashes again. On the other hand I have had significant weight gain (not just Christmas!) and sometime my feelings of being cold have returned.
