What dose is best?

I felt the same on the following doses which one and results do you think is best to take?

87.5 t4 + 20 t3

T3 5.2 (3.6-6.3)

T4 17 (12-22)

100 t4 + 10 t3

T3 5.1 (3.6-6.3)

T4 19 (12-22)

There's not much in it, numbers wise, when you take into account natural fluctuation.

How long between dose change did you leave before retesting?

Did you do both tests under the exact same conditions - time of test, timing of last doses of Levo and T3, nothing to eat or drink except water, no biotin or B Complex, etc?

10 weeks on same dose before tests. And yes, they were both done under the same conditions. I was thinking if its better for any reason to take either 100+10 or 87.5+20

No, I feel the same on both.

Clara if I had to choose id go for 100 levo 10 lio. This is roughly what a normal thyroid produces. Also keeping lio to the lower dose may help with supply and costs. Or if you get it on the nhs you may be able to keep the 20mcg prescription for a wee while and so build up a stash.
