Had to change make of t3 to 20mcg. Was feeling overmedicated and lowered t3 to 15. Shall I increase t4 to 112,5 which I've been stable on for over a year before I swapped some of it for more t3.

Sorry bit confused: these results are from 100 levothyroxin plus 18.75 T3, then you had to change brand to a pill that came in 20 mcg T3 pill. The results look ok. Was it the 100/18.75 doses that made you feel overmedicated? You then changed to 15 mcg (3/4 of pill) T3 but kept 100 levothyroxin, and now wondering whether to up T4 to 114.5 . But never got a blood test for 15 mcg T3/ 100 combo, so don't know where T3 result is? Nor have you said whether you feel any different, have you been on new variant for 6 plus weeks? Changing T3 brand itself might have made a difference to how you feel. I'd let your new T3 settle in before altering T4: juggling the T4/T3 dosing seems to me quite problematic, noticed I seem to need more T3 now weather gone so much colder this last few days up North, but resisting tinkering before get another blood test!
Sorry for being unclear. Changed brand little over a week ago and very soon could feel it was too much. Was thinking since my ft3 was good on 18.75 and ft4 a little low that I could swap 5t3 for 12.5 t4 since 20 t3 seemed a bit too much for me.
Still abit confused, sorry. So the new T3 seems more powerful even though dropped down from 18.75 to 15 mcg? Or did you mean you swopped 18.75 of old T3 to 20 mcg new brand? You are now thinking to swap 5 mcg T3, so drop down to 10 mcg new brand, but bump up levothyroxin to 112.5 mcg?
Ah, got it...just because of limited and inconsistent pill dose sizes we have to chop up pills into 1/8ths, or juggle T4 doses. Think you will have to 'suck it and see', theoretically ok, depends how well you convert T4 to T3 whether 12.5 levothyroxin equals 3.75 active T3 in your body/cells.
