Those results are different from the ones you posted a few days ago

Was the advice on that thread not helpful?

Yes, the advice was indeed helpful. I got new results today so that is why I am asking again.

How long between the two blood tests? As they were done when you were taking the same dose of Levo and T3, were they done at different times of the day which might explain the difference in FT4? When did you take the last dose of Levo before both tests?

This test was yesterday and the previous 3 months ago. Last levo 24h before test and both taken at 8am.

Comparing your 2 results

Previously:

Ft3 5.6 (3.6-6.3)

Ft4 19 (12-22)

Current:

Ft3 5.5 (3.6-6.3)

Ft4 16 (12-22)

Your FT4 has decreased to 40% through range whereas before it was 70% through range, and your FT3 has decreased to 70% from 74%.

How do you feel now compared to before?

It really depends on where you feel best with your levels. I need both my FT4/FT3 at about 75% (I am on a combination of Levo plus T3), some people are fine with a lower FT4 like yours. All you can do is compare how you feel now with a lower FT4 to before, as your FT3 really hasn't changed much at all.

I'm feeling much worse but would like to increase t3 dose instead of t4 dose

Well, the suggestions will be the same as in your last thread so I would reread the replies by Slow Dragon and HughH then make your mind up which hormone you wish to increase, try it and see how you feel

It doesn't appear to be your FT3 giving symptoms if you feel worse now, because the result is virtally the same.
