There are many supply chain issues for lots of medicines lately, it's not just Levo. Just have to accept alternatives until what you want comes back into stock. Not great I know.

Get GP to alter prescription for 3 x 25mcg per day ….and get Wockhardt

Or try online pharmacies

Hi Gettingoldnow. I’m in Hockley and the pharmacy I use (Chemicrest) to date has managed to get me Mercury levothroxine, although I have had Wockhart for 25mcg on occasions as I’m able to take that brand as well. The last time my prescription wasn’t in blister packs but in a small bottle.

Hi. At least you are getting a brand you can tolerate, not ideal but better then being sick. Despite there being a note on my file at the chemist if there is a locum pharmacist it all goes haywire. However the main pharmacist is great. I alway always check my prescription before I leave the pharmacy otherwise they won’t accept the medication back. I was shown the large bottle of Mercury levo before my prescription was filled. They use the large bottles to fill the Dosset boxes. I’m due for a repeat at the end of this month so having seen your post I will request earlier. Enjoy your day.
