I've been taking Grossman Cynomel for 10 years now and like many people, now can't get hold of any. If anybody can help me source t3 liothyronine without lactose, could you please private message me.
I'm panicking because I need to source some before my Grossman Cynomel runs out.
I appreciate any help people can give me.
Kind regards,
Nik

But my medicines document might help in identifying ingredients of the various products around the world. I emphasise it is not complete and you need to verify everything, but it is a starting point.
helvella - Thyroid Hormone Medicines
I have created, and try to maintain, a document containing details of all thyroid hormone medicines in the UK and, in less detail, many others around the world. It is sectioned by UK - rest of the world, and by T4, T3, desiccated thyroid, etc.
Thank you for responding. Sadly, it is without prescription because although my endocrinologist has finally agreed that i need both t4 and t3 she won't write a prescription for t3. It's so frustrating...
if an NHS endocrinologist believes you have clinical need of T3 they should prescribe …..initially as 3-6 months prescription via hospital pharmacy…then …assuming trial is successful, the endocrinologist writes to your GP requesting they take over care and cost of prescription
With annual review back with endo
Roughly where in U.K. are you
59,000 prescriptions in last year in England
That’s typically 6 prescriptions per person per year
