Has anyone done Isabella Wentz’s Adrenal Transformation Programme?

My thyroid now appears to be well treated (I’ve actually had to reduce my dose of NDT as it appears to have kick-started my thyroid, and my FT3 went above range), and my doctor now believes my remaining symptoms are down to HPA axis dysfunction, which a 24 hour cortisol test suggested I was in stage 2 of about 9 months ago.

I underwent a period of stress about 3-4 years before my diagnosis of Hashimoto’s, which is likely to have been the trigger.

I have made changes to try and support my adrenals, but was wondering if anyone had used Isabella Wentz’s Adrenal Transformation Programme before and had any feedback from it?

I haven't done it yet but have registered to start the programme on 3rd October.

I'm really hoping this will improve my adrenal fatigue.
