Recommendations for a good endocrinologist in Wales?

Hi All,

I appreciate its not appropriate to discuss the pro’s and cons on specific endos in this public forum, but if anyone has had a particularly positive experience with an endo in South Wales, or even Bristol, could you please private message me?

My recent blood tests show that my T4 levels are quite high (24) and my T3 levels are low in the range (3.8) - I have also confirmed recently that I have the D102 gene mutation (inherited from both parents) - I think its possible I may not be converting T4 to T3 adequately which could perhaps explain my persistent hypothyroid symptoms, despite being on 175micro grams of levothyroxine everyday.

I have managed to get a referral from my doctor, but now really want to be sure that I speak to an endo who will help me get to the bottom of this issue.
