You mean you have been on only 50mcg levothyroxine until this test?

Likely adding B12 has helped reveal just how hypothyroid you have been

Your results show you are extremely hypothyroid with TSH of 6

Which brand of levothyroxine are you currently taking for 50mcg

Don’t change brand while increasing dose levothyroxine

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose increase in levothyroxine

You need folate and vitamin D levels tested too

Ferritin was deficient and even now is EXTREMELY LOW

This is likely linked to being under medicated for thyroid

Request GP do full iron panel test for anaemia

Low GFR (kidney function) also linked to being under medicated thyroid wise

What was B12 result before starting on B12 injections

GP should have tested folate at same time

Presumably you are continuing with B12 injections

Are you currently taking daily vitamin B complex as well

If not probably need to consider starting

But only make one change at a time

Get dose increase in levothyroxine first

Meanwhile test vitamin D

Low GFR

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

The GFR is reversibly reduced (by about 40%) in more than 55% of adults with hypothyroidism[40]

You should see kidney function improve as dose levothyroxine is increased over coming months

Low iron and/or low ferritin frequently linked to hair loss

cks.nice.org.uk/topics/anae...

In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency

Also See page 7 on here

Look at increasing iron rich foods in diet

Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat daily, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption

This is interesting because I have noticed that many patients with Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism, start to feel worse when their ferritin drops below 80 and usually there is hair loss when it drops below 50.

Never supplement iron without doing full iron panel test for anaemia first and retest 3-4 times a year if self supplementing. It’s possible to have low ferritin but high iron

Looking at previous posts

Are you still taking omeprazole?

This is a PPI and lowers vitamin levels

On levothyroxine we MUST have good vitamin levels
