Increase in Dose to Get Back to Optimal Dose

Hi all,

Following on from my last post below I would appreciate any suggestions on increasing my dose:

SlowDragon - I have been on the increased dose of 112.5mcg for nearly a couple of weeks now. How long would you leave it before increasing it to 125mcg or adding 5mcg T3? (original dose was 125mcg T4 plus 12.5mcg T3 before I stupidly became complacent about taking it with stomach bug). Back on B complex, selenium, vit D and K.

Try going up to 125mcg …..retest after 6-8 weeks…..before considering adding T3 back

Retest vitamin levels too ideally
