Just came back from new endocrinologist consultation. I still feel tired, I have good days but I have more bad days. I wanted to increase my dosage , endo refused. Apparently, my blood test is perfect.
She gave me a blood test to do, she thinks that it could an adrenal issue.
I’m currently taken 88/100 alternate days levothyroxine.
I wanted to try 100/112,5 levothyroxine.
i asked her about the weight ratio , mine being quite low . Apparently, it doesn’t ‘t apply to me(Hashimoto’s), it ‘s only for people with no thyroid.
I don’t know what else to do, I ‘m frustrated. Any suggestions, any ideas will be appreciated. Maybe I could buy higher dose in Greece in September.
Thanks.

Thanks for replying. Test was done in the morning, last dose 24 hrs before.vitamins D, B12 we’re done march/ April. All ok. I’ve never done Folate. And ferritin was done yesterday: 60 ng/mL ( 12- 150).
I’m only taking Iron.
My problem is that doctors don’t want to increase my dosage. According to them, I don’t it.
Does the weight ratio important or not?
I know everybody is different but what ideally should be FT3 or FT4 to feel good.
I tested my vitamin D in March. Can’t log in into my blood test results right now but it was average. I take vit D once a month (50.000UI). B12: 858 pmol /L. 138-652 . I took supplements Vit B12. I stopped in May. GP told me to stop as I was too high.
Hello, and thanks for replying. I will try but it’s the second one in 3 months. It does seem the norm that they only look at the TSH. I didn’t want to self medicate but I may have no choice.
I will do, thanks. My issue is I live in France. I will be back in the UK in January 24 for a short visit. ( I miss it)😀. Maybe I could get an appointment while visiting. Thanks again.
