Positive Thyroglobulin antibodies can suggest Hashimoto's (autoimmune thyroid disease) but can be present in other conditions. For a diagnosis you would need TSH to be over range along with raised antibodies and symptoms of hypothyroidism.
Raised cholesterol is a symptom of hypothyroidism.
STILL exhausted, low mood, weight gain, irritability and thinking of going on antidepressants
These symptoms can be hypothyroidism in which case antidepressants aren't the answer.
vitamin B12 2000 (197-771)
This result suggests B12 injections or supplements. If it's naturally high without these then GP needs to investigate.
folate 8.8 (3.8-26.8)
This is low and it's recommended to be at least half way through range. Eating folate rich foods can help, as can a good quality, bioavailable B Complex such as Thorne Basic B. When taking a B Complex it should be left off for 3-7 days before any blood test as it contains biotin and this can give false results.
I would say you very likely have Hashi's but don't yet have the results required for a diagnosis. You need over range TSH with raised antibodies or a below range FT4.
I had similar results and discussed with my GP a trial of Levo. I was symptomatic and levels that weren’t under range ( or over range TSH) but they were borderline. You could try asking for a trial 🤷♀️
