Thorne Basic B... and wee...

Hi,

Apologies for a rather random question 😳 but to those who take Thorne Basic B, do you notice a change in the colour of your urine after taking it?

Mine is a more vivid green within 2 hours after taking it but returns to normal a couple of hours after that.

I wasn't particularly alarmed but I've had a recent decline in eGFR so am wary of putting my kidneys through any unnecessary strain!

Any thoughts or experiences are welcomed!

It's not just Thorne Basic B, it can happen with any B Complex. It's the B2 - riboflavin - that causes this.

Yes, bright yellow like the smilies. But only for the first time I go after taking one.

Just a thought, but if you use a blue toilet flush product yours would end up green.
