Hi folks, probably a question for the vitamin expert .......SeasideSusie!!

You say "100mcg K2-mk7 is the recommended amount for up to 10,000iu D3"

When I checked myVegavero VitaminK2-mk7 it says each tablet contains 200ug. So my question is "are my tablets double the recommended dose? and if so should I just take one tablet every other day? Sorry that's two questions !!

Don't worry 😊

Vegavero (and Vitabay) being German brands often go out of stock with Amazon so I just take what's on offer when I need to restock. I frequently have to buy the 200mcg ones so I just take them on alternate days. I take Vit D 6 days a week so for me it works out fine, Vit D Monday-Saturday, K2-MK7 Mon, Wed, Fri.

My vitaming D was so low when I joined this site 7 years ago, I never even knew about it.I just take 5000mcg twice a week now with 100 mcg K2 to keep my levels up. It did take me around 1 year to sort out originally.
