What time of day was the blood draw? What are you taking in the way of thyroid hormone? How much? How long was the gap between your last dose of thyroid hormone and the blood draw?
There's a lot more info you can give us that helps interpreation.

So, you already know you have Hashi's? There is no treatment for Hashi's, the only thing you can do is replace the missing thyroid hormone as the thyroid becomes less and less able to produce it.
Your FT4 is already pretty low, as you can see by the percentage through the range. It should be more like 50 %. But, the problem is, doctors know so little about thyroid that they only look at the TSH, mistakenly believing it tells them 'all they need to know'! Your TSH is fine.
However, by having the blood draw at 1 pm, you caught it at it's lowest. It would have been higher before 9 am. (Doctors just don't seem to know this!) How much higher it's impossible to say, but does sometimes mean the difference between a diagnosis and no diagnosis.
But, it probably won't be long before your FT4 falls below range. And then, the TSH should rise a bit more. And together with high antibodies that should get you a diagnosis and the treatment you need.
