Latest bloods. I was over active 4 weeks ago so was cut from 1 1/2 grains of armour (NDT) to 1 grain.
I struggle to go over a grain as I get terrible heart palps, also as soon as I up my NDT my t3 goes over range as it is quite high already.
I am unsure whether to add in 25mg of levo (tirosint) or what really. I have tried 1 1/4 grains of NDT but I feel hyper from t3 over range and causes such rapid heart rate for me (I do already have pots so very sensitive to t3).
Here’s my results (no biotin and meds taken 12 hours prior). I feel awful with hair loss, dizziness, extreme fatigue and body aches..

Yes I have been on t4 alone and I felt dreadful. I have kept trying to go back on t4 only but every time I end up coming back off of it. I seem to react to the synthetics badly.
That’s why I thought I could add in say 12 or 25mg of t4 and if I can tolerate that along side the NDT I can gradually add more in then start cutting the NDT out.
That seems to be a good plan because your TSH is too high and your FT4 is below range. See if you can tolerate 12 to start with and gradually increase every couple of weeks to see how you get on. I wouldn’t drop your NDT too soon as you probably need the T3.
Then I think your best bet is to drop down to 1 grain NDT which gives you approx 38 T4 and 9 T3 and add in some Levo slowly to bring your TSH down and your T4 up a bit. Good luck with your trial.
