Dr Horng Kai Tan - anyone seen this consultant ?

Hi I’ve been given a referral from my gp for Professor Singhal which is great however Bupa tell me whilst he’s on their network he’s not on their open referral network?

And there is another consultant nearby who is called Dr Horng Kai Tan so I was wondering if anyone knew of him as he’s not on the endo list I was sent?

I have spoken to his secretary and he does do T3
