Looking for Dr in London to adjust my T3 dose

Hello. I am currently looking for a doctor that prescribes T3. I have been taking T4 for more than 5 years and T3 for 6 months. I added T3 experimentally and i notice some improvement but not much. I only added 5mg a day because i would like to see a doctor that prescribes T3 and can advise me with the doses. I have received the list of doctors that operate in London. The first one i tried i lost my money on him. He told me to follow a ketogenic diet to lose weight. So i would like to ask before i spend a fortune again the next doctor on the list is Dr. Paul J Jenkins at Harley street. Has anyone been seen by this doctor and did he prescribe T3? Or even if you know any other doctor in London could you send me his/ hers details please?
