Hello - not sure quite what to make of latest results so appreciate any advice! Guessing not quite in optimal range yet so does this suggest a further increase in Levo please?
THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE Your result is 0.65 mu/L TSH levels normal (normal range 0.27 - 4.2 mU/L)
THYROXINE Your result is 14.5 pmol/L FT4 levels normal (normal range 12 - 22 pmol/L)
TRIODOTHYRONINE Your result is 3.7 pmol/L FT3 levels normal (normal range 3.1 - 6.8 pmol/L)

When did you take your last dose of Levo before the test? Last dose should be 24 hours before.
If you take a biotin supplement, B Complex or any supplement containing biotin, did you leave this off for 3-7 days before the test?
If timing of your Levo was correct and no biotin then your results show low FT4 at 25% through range, and low FT3 at 16.22% through range which suggest there is plenty of room for an increase in Levo.
Thanks! Last dose of Levo was at least 30 hours before and stopped all supplements 7 days prior. Will request gp consult as continuing to gain weight, no improvement in hair or brows and occasionally feeling pretty low.

So that's given you a false low FT4 result and your actual level will be higher than that. It will still be on the low side but not that low. To get a measure of your normal circulating level you should leave 24 hours.
Thanks! Not feeling great with weight gain, low mood, hair not great and will my brows ever recover!! Have spoken to GP today and managed to convince him to up dosage to 125 and another blood test in 2 months. That was a challenge!
Well I’m delighted that the missing outer third of my brows has grown back, although they are still very thin….so don’t give up hope! I’m so glad you’ve got a Levothyroxine increase & I hope that alleviates your current symptoms.
