Vit D Spray and Levo/Lio timing

Just a very quick question, as I am trying to be better about the timing of nutrients I take, in addition to my daily Levo and Lio.

I just ordered another batch of BetterYou Vit D spray wich includes K2.

I seem to remember that the Vit D+K2 Spray is almost the only vitamin that can be taken at the same time as Levo/Lio, as it’s absorbed differently due to it being a spray!

Do I remember that correctly? I couldn’t find the post on here where I read it, so just wanted to check.

An hour away minimum to be safe for mouth spray

Personally I leave 2 hours minimum
