Confused

Me again.I’m still waiting for my 3 month follow up with the Endo and am still on the initial trial dose of T3.

I still have symptoms but these are worse in the morning. I take 100mg levo and 10 mg Lio in the morning and 10 mg Lio late afternoon.

Did bloods in prep for appointment and they are T3 5.3 (3.1-6.8) 59%. T4 dropped to 13.8 (12-22) 18% TSH 0.01 (0.27 -4.2)

Bloods done pre dose.

Any suggestions? Increase T4? I have D102. Variant.

Did you leave 8-12 hours from last dose of T3 and 24 hours from last dose of Levo before blood draw?

Yes. Probably 14 hours

OK, so FT4 result accurate, FT3 just about OK. If I was in your situation I would increase Levo. Try 25mcg and retest in 8 weeks, it should increase your FT4 and depending on how much natural conversion you do have your FT3 may increase a bit as well. It's very much trial and error, lots of slow gradual tweaking requiring lots of patience when trying to find our sweet spot.
