Current test results

Hi there, I have Hashies and up till a couple of years ago was untreated. I then was started on Liothyronine only. Titrated to quite a high dose. My Ft3 went high but I didn't feel better at any stage. FT4 has always been only just in range. I tried introducing levo and tweaking doses of both of them. I am now on 87 levo and 15 Lio. I still feel so poorly I feel like I did before being medicated. Extreme exhaustion, day in day out. I move from sofa to bed, always lightheaded and fogged. I can only describe it like I've been heavily sedated and like I've had the life sucked out of me. I wonder if I'm ever going to get there or get through. My heart also gives me trouble all the time. Skipping, pounding, fast. It feels like it wearing out. I've had intensive tests done and they don't seem to be worried about it. Had that for a long time also. TSH is low but I'm not worried about that. I left off all the relevant vits prior to testing and meds. Any advice would be welcome

Hmm, well. There’s nothing obvious there.

But I’m sure you’ll know that when you have thyroid issues they can affect the gut. And gut absorption.

So do you know what your levels are for:

Ferritin

Vit B12

Folate

Vit D

?

Because if any or a combination of those nutrients are low, you’ll likely feel pretty awful.

I had an iron panel done and ferritin is pretty good. (It used to be low) here are the results. The other levels were tested and not bad at all
