You need to test key nutrients then address any low levels or deficiencies rather than take vitamins willy nilly. If you don't need them you are wasting your money and some are fat soluble and any excess builds up and can lead to toxicity. So test the following, put results with reference ranges, plus units of measurement for Vit D and B12, on the forum and suggestions can be made where necessary:
