Low T4 with normal TSH and T3

Looking for some guidance after my latest set of blood results.

Still have a lot of symptoms, as I have been over then under I suspect I have central thyroidism. Have taken supplements to get vitamins in line.

My thoughts are something wrong with pituitary gland but I don't know how to test for this?

It's true that your TSH is low when compared with your Free T4/3. But you are under-medicated, anyway. Are you still taking only 75 mcg levo?

I don't think it's possible to do private tests for Central Hypo, because it involves testing the other pituitary hormones, like HGH and ACTH, etc. Plus you want a brain scan. But, you could do a 24 hour saliva cortisol test to see if that's been affected. Normally, it's an endo that does those tests - if you can find an endo that has even heard of Central Hypo!

ThanksYes I am still on 75mg of levo but cannot get an increased dose under GP.

Not even with an under-range FT4? That is negligence. Is there another doctor you can see?
