It seems that my GP actually took onboard everything that I said on Thursday! I went to see him about something else, and managed to start a conversation about my lack of confidence in my endocrinologist, in as much as he just isn’t listening to me. Well, this evening (Sunday) I got this message…….miracles do happen 🙂 I did say that my calculations were 4 days on 100mcg and 3 on 125 but I’m just happy he actually listened to me .

I admit I did go on a bit and I took lots of “excerpts” with me which I think helped, either way it’s done the trick and I happily took my extra 25mcg this morning ☺️
