Any recommendations for a good quality pro biotics. I taking lamberts Acidophilus Extra 10 at the moment but I'm.not sure it's strong enough. Also any other brands recommendations for the usual bits we "thyroidies "take would be great 😁

Personally I never noticed anything with the manufactured probiotics, no matter which brand. i gave up on manufactured probiotics and started taking a small daily dose (80-100ml) of kefir. The plain version is not to my taste, but there's lots of fruit flavours. And there's also dairy free. Plus lots of veggies and some fruit - i try to ensure that my dinner plate is 2/3-3/4 veggies, several different kinds. I've tried some of the fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi but dont like them. Increasing the pre- and pro-biotics that naturally occur in food seems to have worked for me.

I take a cocktail of supplements for my stomach that include probiotics, digestive enzymes, ox bile and zinc carnosine. They have been helpful. Also I drink half a glass of goat kefir during breakfast.
