I'm coming to the end of my bottle of three arrows heme Iron. I'm just wondering if there any other recommendations for a cheaper iron supplemem4 ? I can't really afford three arrows at the moment.

I have ordered Optifera heme iron from Amazon. It is weaker than 3 arrows but was the only heme I could order in Europe. Maybe they also supply the uk. But I am not sure. The Optifera worked well for me. Even though it was a lower dose. I’m back on 3 arrows now. But when these run out I will go on to Optifera again.

I think Three Arrows is the most cost effective but maybe look at iron bisglycinate as a stop gap, if you do order more remember 3 bottles means free shipping and FRANKLIN saves you 10% making them 27p a capsule
I'm using Proferrin Clear. Ordered direct from the company in CO. I don't know how it compares to Three Arrows in price, but it has less lead and cadmium in its Certificate Of Analysis. It has only 10.5 mg iron per capsule, but has worked to raise my ferritin and help tinnitus. 90 capsules was $29, as I recall, there was probably a shipping charge too.
