Is this to be expected in someone with Hashi’s?

The U/S person recommends this be correlated with my thyroid antibodies and thyroid function, which I will make sure my GP does.

Heterogeneous echogenicity of the thyroid gland is a non-specific finding and is associated with conditions diffusely affecting the thyroid gland. These include:

Hashimoto thyroiditis, Graves disease

You already knew you had Hashimoto’s

Have you had thyroid and vitamin retesting done yet …

Plus coeliac blood test if not already on strictly gluten free diet

Your previous vitamin levels were really really low
